We operate on a 100% online model, with our own warehouse in Portugal and partner warehouses in several European countries, which allows us to improve stock availability and optimize shipping.
Our mission is to offer useful and up-to-date products with good value for money and fast shipping, while maintaining simple processes, secure payments, and close customer service.

Payments, crypto community, and installment plans
We work with secure payment methods (credit or debit card, MB WAY, bank slip/bank transfer, PayPal and other methods available at checkout).
When available at checkout, you can also pay in USDC and other supported cryptocurrencies through integration with Coinbase Commerce. We value the crypto community and, for customers who prefer this type of solution, we offer a simple and secure way to pay in cryptocurrencies, with automatic conversion to euros. UMBOX.pt does not have access to your complete card or crypto wallet details; all processing is carried out by certified entities, in accordance with the terms and conditions of that provider.
Installment payments (Klarna)
Whenever the option is available at checkout, you can choose to pay for your purchases in installments through credit partners, such as Klarna. The installment terms (number of installments, any interest or commissions) are determined exclusively by these partners, according to their analysis and contractual terms.
