The Startech SDOCK2U313 docking station is a multifunctional station designed to manage 2.5" and 3.5" hard drives and SSDs with SATA I, SATA II, and SATA III interfaces. This dock offers USB 3.2 Gen 2 connectivity (compatible with USB 3.1 Gen 2) , allowing transfer rates of up to 10 Gbps , twice the speed of standard USB 3.0, ensuring optimized performance for fast and bottleneck-free transfers. Its top-loading design allows for tool-free or tray-free drive insertion, with a push-button ejection system for safe and quick drive removal. Made of black plastic , it includes LED indicators that show activity and power status, offering visual control of operation. Compatible with technologies such as UASP to further improve transfer performance, it supports a maximum combined capacity of up to 12 TB (6 TB per drive), adapting to the most demanding storage needs. It comes with a USB Type-A to B cable that ensures backward compatibility with USB 3.0, 2.0 and earlier devices, expanding its versatility with various systems and equipment. Its compact size, measuring 148 mm wide, 132 mm deep and 70 mm high, is suitable for home and professional environments.
